Based upon the Bethesda Softworks game series Fallout and, more specifically to the show, Fallout : New Vegas. I have to say that when first came across Fallout: Nuka-Break, I was not expecting much. To my surprise I had found this wonderful gem. The story line is very well thought out, and executed quite professionally. The acting was just great considering this is a fan made film. My favorite aspect of this series is just how well they captured the setting and theme of Fallout. The landscapes are breathtaking, and it is easy to see just how much effort was put into the costumes and sets. Everything is very authentic to the original game, including the weapons, armor, and even the V.A.T.S. targeting system.<br/><br/>The minus one star is for the shortness of the series, but mainly for Leon(The Bad Guy). I felt that his back story was a bit weak. I sensed no feeling of purpose, like why he is doing what he is doing (sorry for being too vague there. Don&#39;t want to spoil anything).<br/><br/>Really great job everyone involved here!! As a long time fan of the Fallout Franchise, I&#39;ve always wanted a TV series or movies based on the game. It&#39;s one of those great series where there&#39;s an endless amount of possibilities you could do with it. The background, lore and world building is already there. Last year I stumbled across a series on YouTube called Fallout: Nuka Break if was surprisingly well done and I enjoyed it. I ended up only watching the first episode. I was thinking about it recently and decided to track it down and finish watching it. It was a pleasant surprise to see there was two season of it up to view.<br/><br/>From what I understand this was a fan film series. That fact only makes it even more awesome with what they accomplished. It was well done, lots of little nods and acknowledgment of the games rich history. The story was well crafted and I liked the characters. I wish this would have been longer and that there would have been more seasons. A lot of big budget properties could take a page from this group on how to do a video game adaption properly. <br/><br/>My only complaint and it&#39;s more like a minor gripe is the seasons were too short but seeing it was a fan made series, and knowing they were probably on a tight budget, I get it. If you&#39;re a fan of the Fallout series, I think you&#39;d enjoy this. I know I did. I noticed there are some other Fallout shows &amp; fan shorts that I want to check out. Hopefully, they&#39;ll be close to being as good as Nuka Break. All I know is Bethesda really should give these talented folks a green like to make a feature-length film because their talent mixed with their love and reverence for the franchise is obvious. I have little doubt they wouldn&#39;t do it justice.<br/><br/>My Rating: 8/10
